There’s no “i” in “team,” but there is an “i” in “mistake”

A survey of 1,000 business people found that 83% of respondents feel ”very confident” or “confident” in their ability to make the right business decisions. Conversely, a 19-year study by an Ohio State professor found that 53% of all business decisions are bad ones.

So what’s the one word that can explain this stark difference between perception and reality? According to a Scripps Howard News Service article, that one word is “ego.”

This research claimed that, “nearly one-third of all decisions are driven by ego.”
